1.2 Our services are non-transferable and intended solely for the client who booked the session.

2.1 Access to our Website is permitted on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw Website access without notice for security, legal, or business reasons.

2.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access to the Website. While we take precautions, we are not responsible for:

• Service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

• Potential cyber threats, including hacking, malware, or unauthorized access.

2.3 You are responsible for ensuring that anyone accessing the Website through your internet connection complies with these Terms.

3.1 By using our Website, you agree not to:

• Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, PayPal, etc.

4.2 Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No refunds are provided for completed services or missed appointments.

• Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the full session fee.

• Verified emergencies may be considered for exceptions at our discretion.

4.3 Non-Refundable Policy

• All services, including consultations, coaching, and document preparation, are non-refundable due to the customized nature of the work.

• By booking a service, the client acknowledges this policy and waives the right to dispute charges based on dissatisfaction with the final deliverables.

4.4 Late Policy

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If a client is more than 10 minutes late, a 10% late fee of the service cost will be applied.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show. The full session fee and a 10% late fee will apply.

• Sessions that start late due to client tardiness will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other appointments. The full session fee and any applicable late fees will be charged.

• The same late policy applies to virtual sessions. Client-side technical issues that delay the session beyond 10 minutes will incur a 10% late fee. If the delay exceeds 15 minutes without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee plus the late fee will apply.

• All late fees must be paid before scheduling additional services. Failure to settle unpaid late fees may result in the suspension of services until the balance is cleared.

• If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. While this may not waive the late fee, advance notice may allow for schedule adjustments at our discretion.

5.1. Resume Writing Services:

• Our services include crafting tailored resumes based on the information provided by the client.

• Entry-level, mid-level, and executive packages are designed for specific career stages.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate.

5.2 Interview Coaching Services

• Coaching covers topics such as OMC development, role-playing, and salary negotiation.

• Clients must participate actively and provide relevant details for effective coaching.

5.3. Other Career Services:

• Additional services (e.g., cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimization) will adhere to the terms stated in the service descriptions.

5.4 Job Placement and Recruitment Services

• Our role is to connect job seekers with potential employers but we do not guarantee job placement.

• We do not vet or endorse third-party employers. Clients should conduct their own due diligence.

6.1 Role as a Recruitment Service Provider

• We act as an intermediary between job seekers and employers but do not guarantee placement or employment outcomes.

• We do not control or influence an employer’s final hiring decisions.

• We may conduct initial screenings but do not verify every employer’s hiring process beyond our recruitment services.

6.2 Responsibilities of Job Seekers

• Job seekers must provide accurate and truthful information regarding their career history, qualifications, and work eligibility.

• Job seekers are responsible for researching potential employers before accepting an offer.

6.3 Responsibilities of Employers

• Employers using our recruitment services must provide accurate job descriptions, salary details, and hiring timelines.

• We reserve the right to decline working with employers who engage in unethical, discriminatory, or fraudulent hiring practices.

6.4 Limitations of Liability for Recruitment Services

• We are not liable for employment disputes, wrongful termination claims, or any contractual issues between an employer and a candidate.

• We do not guarantee continued employment or employer-employee satisfaction.

7.1 Resume drafts and other deliverables will be provided within the agreed timeline, provided that the client submits all necessary materials promptly.

7.2 Certain services are available only on designated days and times to ensure the highest quality of service. This scheduling prioritizes the complexity and importance of these services, allowing adequate time for preparation, delivery, and follow-up.

7.3 Clients will be notified of available appointment slots during the booking process.

7.4 Rush services may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

8.1. Clients must provide accurate and truthful information regarding their career history, qualifications, and goals.

8.2. For resume services, any delays in providing requested information may result in a delayed delivery timeline.

8.3. It is the client's responsibility to proofread all documents before submission to prospective employers.

9.1 All client and employer information is kept confidential and used solely for providing career and recruitment services.

9.2 We do not share personal data with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

9.3 Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, and use your personal data.

10.1 By engaging our services, you grant Corfirma Solutions LLC the right to use your original and/or revised résumé, cover letter, or related career documents for promotional and advertising purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, showcasing examples of our work on our website, social media, marketing materials, or presentations. All personal identifiers such as your name, contact information, and employer details will be removed or anonymized to protect your privacy unless written consent is provided otherwise.

11.1. Digital Product Access and Usage
All digital products offered by Corfirma Solutions LLC—including but not limited to workbooks, templates, guides, and downloadable resources—are licensed for individual, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, public display, or unauthorized sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11.2. Marketing and Promotional Use
By purchasing or downloading any digital product, you grant Corfirma Solutions LLC the right to use aggregated, non-personally identifiable feedback, testimonials, or general usage insights for marketing or promotional purposes. Personal identifiers such as your name, email, or client-submitted content will not be shared without written consent.

11.3. Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
